About us
About Reliable Automotive Services
A Lubbock mobile mechanic built on doing the job right and being straight with people.
Local, mobile, and reliable
Reliable Automotive Services is a West Texas auto repair business with a simple idea: most repairs don't need you to bring your vehicle to us. We bring the tools, the parts, and the experience to your driveway, your job site, or wherever your vehicle is parked across Lubbock County and the surrounding towns.
People call us “Your Car Guy” because that's what we want to be: the person you call first when something sounds wrong, a light comes on, or the truck won't start.
How we work
- Diagnose before we replace. We test the parts and circuits behind a problem instead of throwing parts at it.
- Price before work. You approve the job and the price before we start.
- Plain-English explanations. You'll know what failed, why, and what can wait.
- Straight answers. If a repair really needs a shop, we'll tell you up front.
Who we work on
Daily drivers, family SUVs, pickups, farm trucks, and light-duty work fleets. If you're not sure we can help with your vehicle, call (806) 686-0709 and ask.
